Making Space a Journey to YOU
Life can take a toll on our mind, body and spirit.
The Horses see you, hear you and honor you. Their actions and reactions are honest and nonjudgmental. They bring you awareness of what you might need:
To Celebrate. To Heal. To Grieve. To Inspire.
Making Space for self care, for unconditional love and acceptance.
Your session is led by you. Come prepared for time in the classroom, in nature and with the horses. You are the focus of each session. There will be time to think, talk, process, journal, breathe. Whatever it is that you need that day.
$80 per session.
Grief
Grief is HARD. It is INDIVIDUAL. It is TIME CONSUMING. It is NOT THE SAME in everyone.
The horses have space for you to come with your grief. If you have experienced loss of anything there is grief. If you are anticipating the loss of something there is grief. Your grief may be fresh or it may be something that has been there a long time.
Horses don’t judge. They expect you to be authentic, especially in your grieving. They are patient, kind, and trustworthy. They will hold your confidences, your feelings, your truth. They will be present. They will allow you to say, think, experience what you need. Their awareness and trust will provide time for you to be, to process, to acknowledge.
Monthly Grief Circles are available for you to come when you are needing a real space for your grief.
Join us the second Saturday of the month from 1-3PM It is drop in, but please pre register. Light snacks and beverages are available. Wear weather appropriate clothing, we will be outside. $50 per session.
