Home School Sessions

3 Week Sessions

$120.00 per participating student. (Parents, teachers, younger siblings and other helping adults are free.)

A transformative 3 week session designed for Home School students ages 8 and up. Working with the horses and with others, students will build their self esteem, self awareness, confidence, communication and leadership skills. There are guided group classroom activities that continue out in the arena with the horses. Through experiential learning, students build resilience, problem solving skills and empathy. There is no riding involved.

Students do not have to have any prior horse knowledge. They must wear closed toed shoes, and dress for the weather. Some light snacks and beverages will be supplied. Class size is limited to 8 participants. Sessions take approximately 2 hours each time.

The 6 week sessions provide more in-depth learning opportunities. Familiarity with the group and with the horses creates sessions that will empower and validate each participant and create a lasting impact on their skills for life.

Same as the 3 week sessions, class size is limited to 8 participants for the best learning experience.

If you are looking for a half day or full day outing that includes a nature walk, information about horses and their behaviors, observing the horses, some horse knowledge and interactions, and group games we can accommodate. We LOVE having people out to the farm to discover and enjoy.
