An empowering 6-week journey designed specifically for Junior High girls!

A series of interactive lessons aimed at helping develop a personalized “Resilience Toolkit”. Through engaging activities, discussions and hands on group activities with the horses (NO RIDING), girls will learn essential skills to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and joy. The experiential learning will strengthen their self-esteem, self-confidence, communication and leadership skills.

Small groups, limited to 8 participants ensures they get the most out of the course.

No prior horse knowledge is needed. They must wear closed toed shoes and weather appropriate clothes. Light snacks and beverages will be available.

Youth Power

Specifically designed for young men in Junior High, this hands on course actively cultivates important skills for everyday life. Self worth, self esteem, communication, leadership, empathy and problem solving skills are all learned through collaborative interactions with the horses and other members of the group. All activities are done through groundwork, there is no riding.

There is no prior knowledge of horses needed. participants must wear closed toed shoes and weather appropriate clothes. Light snacks and beverages will be provided. Class size is limited to 8 participants.

Sessions run from 4:30 - 6:30 PM

Strides & Strength

$390.00 per participant

A transformative 6 week session designed for Jr. High students. Working with the horses and with others, students will build their self esteem, self awareness, confidence, communication and leadership skills. There are guided group classroom activities that continue out in the arena with the horses. Through experiential learning on the ground (NO RIDING), students build resilience, problem solving skills and empathy.

Students do not have to have any prior horse knowledge. They must wear closed toed shoes and dress for the weather. Some light snacks and beverages will be supplies. Class size is limited to 8 participants
